The Premise of Transformative Energy

When we speak about energy transition the assumption is that Society can adjust to a new future incrementally, in a step-wise fashion. Believing it is possible to tweak how energy is generated and consumed, making investments in new infrastructure that will “fix” the problem. The perspective here is that the possibility of Energy Transition as currently being envisioned is fatally flawed, irrationally exuberant and insufficiently ambitious
